Also has vegan wines. Open Tue-Sun 09:00-17:00. Closed Mon. Last food orders at 4pm.

Vegan Martinigansl / "mock goose" - Edit
The restaurant shares an entrance with the spa which is why it can happen that guests just wear bathrobes. Despite that the restaurant doesn't have a swimming pool canteen flair.
Read moreThey offer several vegan options and desserts. The vegan Martinigoose dish looked small at first but was quite filling. I wouldn't have minded a 2nd dumpling and a bit less cabbage.
The vegan brownie with ice-cream, vanilla&chocolate sauce plus berries was very fluffy and nice.

The wild garlic soup and the set menu dish (moussaka) were very delicious. (If you want apple fritters, it’s best to order them along with the main course due to the waiting time.)

High quality ingredients, very well prepared meals, and a wide variety of dishes off the beaten path of the regular vegan options (i.e. burgers, falafel, etc.). There are even small info cards that explain the commitment to vegan cuisine and all of its benefits. I will never forget my visit there.

It was a bit strange to go to a thermal bath for lunch. But the waiter were very friendly and the meal was excellent. A separated vegan menue with selections of soup, three main dishes and two dessert is provided. The restaurant is separate from the bathroom and is nicely decorated, nevertheless, you see people walking to enter the bath. Unfortunately you can not have a dinner there, because the last order can be done at 4pm.
