Amazing Burger and Quesadilla - Edit
The food tasted very delicious. They offer a variety of vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options, most come with seasonal vegetables. We had the burger and quesadilla which both were amazing! For drinks we had Kombucha which was also very good. The staff was friendly and the ambience comfortable. I recommend going there!

Read moreI ate the earth dish (vegan) which was chickpea burger with quinoa and veggies, I was impressed; very well done, very tasty, you can taste the quality - although I have to add that there could be something more "filling" because for those prices I did not get satisfied.
I get it though, it's all organic and a lot seasonal, locally sourced and whatnot, but I do wish the dishes were more balanced nutritionally. You can surely get full with fish, but you know that veggies don't fill as much with the same portion size.
It's on the "high end" side. Pricey and gourmet-ish.
Nevertheless I loved the experience.
We also tried the "snickers" raw cake, which was a delight!!!
I had a kombucha to drink and a green tea later, which to my dislike was from a bag, not loose leaf...but OK.
Service was good as well. Attentive and friendly staff.

Pescatarians paradise with many vegan options - Edit
Tilstede serves fish dishes, vegetarian and vegan food and uses organic ingredients. Friendly personell and great food. We had the daily earth (vegan) dish, a Mexican stew, and their bean burger. Their fresh ginger tea was lovely, but not vegan due to the honey. All dessert are raw, vegan and very tasty.

Had the very delicious falafel burger with potatoes. Also the rhubarb juice and some ginger beer. Everything was nice but (as expected for Norway) kinda pricy - around 20€ for the burger with only a few potatoes. But according the few vegan options in town definitely a recommendation.

[EN] It was the only place in Kristiansand where you could try vegan version of Christmas dish. I ordered Juletallerken (like nutty Wellington with potatoes and salad), which was a masterpiece. The combination of sweet cabbage with nutty roast and sauce was perfect. I tried also raspberry cake and snickers cake which were delicious.

Zamówiłam Juletallerken (coś w stylu orzechowej pieczeni z ziemniakami i sałatką), która była doskonała. Połączenie słodkiej kapusty z orzechową pieczenią i sosem było idealne. Spróbowałam również ciasta malinowego oraz snickers, były przepyszne.
Pomimo tego, że lokal jest w centrum miasta, to miałam problem ze znalezieniem go.
Mimo wszystko, warto odwiedzić to miejsce, które jest przytulne, a obsługa miła. W dodatku, mają zniżkę dla studentów.

I had a long lunch here with a friend. I ordered the vegan quesadilla and a wake-me-up milkshake. Since this was so good I also got myself a cake and the Golden Milk. These were awesome too and everything was, of course, vegan. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace with a great atmosphere. A hidden vegan gem!

We had shakes and quesedillas, both were great. We had the vegan cheese supplement and I both did not notice it very much. As everything is expensive in Norway I would skip it next time, I expect it would be just as good and save your additional 25NKR.

I went there because I really wanted to try the vegan quesadilla. And it was worth it. It tasted delicious and I felt very satisfyed! For dessert they have different kind of cakes. I tried the one with peanuts, chocolate and caraml. Very sweet and not easy to eat because of the caramel😄But also very tasty. The staff is very friendly and I felt welcome in there. Sadly it's very expensive but I think they have normal prices for Norway.
