Delicious Chinese restaurant - Edit
I am not used to seeing a menu so full of varied vegan dishes but it has set a new standard! Everything we tried was delicious, especially the kimchi stew. There is so much to go back for. All the tastes had depths, ingredients were fresh and the dishes were very satisfying. The dessert menu looked great but I was too full! Next time...

Amazing food and friendly staff - Edit
The selection of food was amazing, the ambiance cozy, and the prices for the incredibly delicious and spicy food were justified. We've never had tofu this good before. We can only recommend it!

Pretty darn good! - Edit
I enjoyed this little Chinese place. Was a little pricey for the portion size. The buns were a little spicier than I liked and I noted they had a lot of spicy food. Luckily it was super not

Very good tofu combinations. - Edit
Obviously lots of choice. A very helpful waiter who made suggestions and made sure we didn't get dishes where the flavours were very similar. It gets busy so best to book.

Delicious - Edit
Having a few days in this part of London to try and sample as many places as possible, we booked into Tofu Vegan at lunchtime. Ordered three main courses and rice between two. Crispy cauliflower, aubergine/potato/peppers and sizzling tofu. Everything was delicious. I could easily imagine working my way thru the menu if we lived here.

Incredible GF food! - Edit
I have to visit Tofu Vegan every time I’m in Spitalfields! Incredibly delicious food and lovely service. There’s a whole separate gluten-free menu with a wide range of dishes. The Ho Fun noodles and Dongbei potato, green pepper & aubergine are personal favourites! It is quite expensive, but definitely worth it for a treat. Couldn’t recommend more.

F-ing Amazing - Edit
This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. We were super hungry and jet lagged after a 12 hour flight and ordered 75% of the menu 😂. Fantastic service and even better food…one of my absolute favorites.

So hot and fresh - Edit
I enjoyed almost everything I ordered. The salt and pepper tofu were unevenly salted so some pieces were extremely salty. The service was a bit uninterested, but fast. At the end, I was told I was 10p short of paying my bill which I thought was an odd thing to argue with a guest about, given that 4.09 was the service charge. I was also not offered dessert nor asked if I wanted anything else.
Read moreBut let me discuss the food. I also ordered the soupy dumplings (good but one of them fell apart and the soupy part landed in my plate). Fried tofu with mushrooms (OMG so good) and a sweet corn soup, which my under 12 year old son really enjoyed.
The food was served very very quickly and also was very very HOT, so I did have to wait to eat it, which was difficult because it was so tasty and I was hungry.
I loved that they provided real chopsticks and they branded their napkins.
Pros: FOOD - hot and fast
Cons: Noisy - there was a large party and it was so loud, Could have had friendlier service
