Unreal noodles! - Edit
Came here for lunch on a Saturday. The menu was clearly labelled with allergens(curiously, no labelling around milk and eggs which are the usual suspects, so it could be that the food just isn't near these substances?)
Read moreLots of dishes labelled as vegetarian, with some explicitly marked as recommended for Vegans. It wasn't really obvious what wasn't vegan about the 'vegetarian' foods, if no milk and egg allergies (perhaps honey? But seems unlikely). When I asked the waiter about the veg dumplings, he wasn't particularly helpful and didn't clarify what was actually in the dish that wasn't suitable. I got the impression that other members of staff would have been more knowledgeable on this, so I do wish I had pushed a bit more.
But nevertheless, the food arrived quickly and was out of this world! I ordered the Biang Biang noodles with king oyster mushrooms and the salt and pepper tofu. Probably slightly too big for lunch but I have no regrets. Noodles seemed fresh and there's nothing like that garlic-chilli-oil combo in my humble opinion. I'd 100% go back.

Quick, tasty, plenty of options - Edit
Easy to reserve day of. Quickly looked after upon arrival. Happy to answer questions about the menu. Meals served promptly, but there’s no sense of urgency to finish and leave (which is great since it is a popular spot).

Delicious and unique - Edit
The food here is great, different than most Chinese restaurants. Belt-noodles and oil-cooked dishes are a unique cuisine and this place features them well. Fast service too.
