tasted great!

vegan option was a bit difficult- we had a japanese speaker with us and he was needed; the server said they do NOT have vegetable oil, so we asked to have no oil at all AND make sure to tell them not to put meat or eggs in your portion as well

Pros: taste, very spicey but I like it that way

Cons: difficult to order vegan option if not in Japanese

Generous portion and many toppings to choose

Make sure to specify that they adapt the recipe so that it uses vegetable oil instead of lard. It's a chain restaurant but they warned other stores might not always be able to change the recipe
