Small vegan bakery uses organic and local ingredients. Can order in advance or buy at the shop. Businesses can also order in large quantities. Mainly sells different types of cakes and breads/loaves, as well as cookies. Also experiments with new items from time to time. Open Mon-Fri 10:00-20:00, Sat 10:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00.

I had the little tonka cake for takeaway (5 euro). I ate it on the second day, still very good, not dry at all, very chocolaty and creamy. A fruit, like 4 or 5 berrys would have maden it even better. But still very good.

Willy Tonka and the Chocolate Factory - Edit
Up market vegan confiserie, bakery and take-away coffee shop. The aroma upon entering was outrageously delightful. We took a slice of chocolate and marmalade loaf to take away with coffees. So good.

I have only tried Tonka's products in vegan fairs. That said every time their sweets have been excellent both in texture and flavor.

I recently ordered a cake for a friend's birthday. We got the carrot cake and, although it was not super cheap, it was delicious and fully worth the money. I have also tried some of their cookies at independent vegan fairs. I'm happy they finally open their shop, it's really such a treat to have them 💓
