Annoyed and disappointed - Edit
I was served vegan ramen tasting like pork and smelling like pork. I was told that was miso taste... Bull****. I was given a free replacement- their ramen tastes like water. No umami or miso taste at all. Gyoza was delicious though. Also they charge 12.5% for service! So it looks cheap, tastes cheap but is expensive

Tight on tofu - Edit
Dropped in with high hopes. The place looks the part, with a modern, clean interior and a warm welcome from the staff. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, which made the experience very enjoyable.
Read moreWe started with the gyoza, which was well cooked and flavourful. But why serve five pieces between two people? It’s a small detail, but feels thoughtless, not ideal when you are debating who has the last one.
The main event; the ramen, arrived looking beautiful. Unfortunately that’s where the excitement ended. The vegan version came with just two lonely chunks of tofu floating in the bowl. Not much substance for a main dish. The flavours were okay but nothing really came together in a satisfying way.
Overall; a place that makes a great first impression but doesn’t quite follow through. The care in service didn’t extend to what was coming out of the kitchen. A bit more attention to detail and balance and it could be worth revisiting.

The soya mince is plentiful though. Making a filling and delicious main with the chilli sauce. They are big chunks of tofu, way bigger than id serve at home.

Delicious vegan ramen - Edit
The place was packed and people kept turning up the whole time we were there. Clearly a popular ramen spot. I had the Miso Mushroom Ramen and it was great. Also got some of the pickles which were good. Wish I'd tried the Gyozas too. They make their own noodles which is great. Really good service while we were there and everything was fresh and hot.

I had the chilli tofu ramen and some bamboo and shiitake mushroom gyoza (fried in the same oil as the meat gyoza). Very tasty and warming. There were some other options but not many.
