Really good ramen - Edit

We both had the chilli tofu ramen, it was quick service, really good ramen and not expensive, we both got main and a drink for £20 each

Flavourless mushroom ramen - Edit

I've been wanting to try this chain for a while. I had the Japanese mushroom miso ramen. The broth was thin, watery, and basically flavourless. The noodles were nice and chewy but the mushrooms felt undercooked. I had to add lots of chilli oil and soy sauce from the table to spice it up a bit which is not a good sign to me.

Usually, in a ramen, I look for a creamy, oily, salty broth packed full of flavour with interesting toppings. This had neither. Can't speak for any other vegan dishes on the menu. Luckily, it wasn't that expensive. I don't think I'd risk returning to this chain and would choose other Asian restaurants I know have good ramen. Staff were friendly and attentive, though.
