Best ice cream in the Netherlands - Edit
On our 2 month stay to the Netherlands we lived a street down from Toscanna and we would come and visit every day for good reason. Fresh ice cream with too many vegan flavors to choose from. This chain is everywhere and once we came back to American I realized how amazing ice cream over there was.
