Compared to other "health food" stores, Tvornica zdrave hrane is quite budget-friendly, and it is well stocked in vegan kitchen staples (various types of rice, flour, seeds, grains, nuts, some condiments, sweets, tofu, supplements, etc.)

Friendly and open late! - Edit
A rather new school style of health food shop but surprisingly not so expensive. It doesn’t,t do fresh veg but it does have a good range of stuff.
