Es gibt 3 vegetarische Ramen Optionen die vegan sind, wenn man die Nudeln zu Udon austauscht. Die Shoyu Yuzu und die spicy Miso Varianten sind OK, die Beilagen könnten frischer sein.

Good vegan Ramen - Edit
We ate the Veggie Miso Ramen and Edamame. The service was fast and nice. Umami Ramen seems to be a popular spot, I can be quite crowded and sometimes you have to wait to be able to be seated.

There is a rumor that the noodles aren't vegan. I don't know. You should ask the staff!
