What a gem! Truly a unique vegan experience!

I’m so glad I found Uncle Pete’s. Some of the best vegan food I’ve had in my life, and really unlike any other vegan spot in Mexico. Pete is working the finest natural vegan ingredients, and does not include mock meat. The menu changes by the day, and the cuisines vary. Today, I had some of the best Mole de Poblano I’ve had in my life. Pete has also feature Thai, Greek, Italian, and American dishes, just to name a few. Plates run at extremely fair prices. I got to chat with Pete, super friendly guy, who you can tell is putting everything into making this spot successful. I really wish more places like Uncle Pete’s existed throughout Mexico. I’m definitely a returning customer.
