Would highly recommend. Sadly they have no mixed sushi combo or something cause I wanted to try everything. Pricing is very fair. Staff is nice but their English could improve. The sushi was not plain or boring. One of the best vegan sushi places out there.

Estábamos encantados con este sitio y sus opciones veganas. En poco más de tres meses habíamos ido hasta en cuatro ocasiones.
Read moreHoy queríamos comer allí con más gente, quienes se han retrasado quince minutos respecto a la hora de la reserva.
En esos quince minutos de espera se nos ha insistido hasta en tres ocasiones de que teníamos que pedir ya, incluso por quienes no habían llegado ya que nuestra hora de reserva eran las 2.
Esta situación, que en cualquier escenario me hubiese hecho sentirme incómoda, cobra mayor gravedad si tenemos en cuenta que el local no estaba ni a la mitad y que era el último par, es decir, que nuestra demora no iba a impedir que quienes tuviesen la mesa reservada después de nosotros se viesen agraviados.
Es más, junto a nosotros había una mesa que ya estando cuando nosotros hemos llegado seguían sin pedir y no parecía ser un problema.
Insisto, una pena.

Carta aparte exclusivamente vegana, muchas opciones y la verdad que buenísimo. Probamos el un-wokie vegan, un-dragon vegan y un-sushi vegan. Además probamos el mochi de caramelo y almendras. La verdad que el mejor sushi vegano que hemos probado tanto en Valencia como en el resto de lugares donde hemos estado.

I love this! When you scan the QR code you see a complete vegan menu. We are from the Netherlands and at Unsushi you finally taste something new! Normally the vegan sushi is kinda basic, but at Unsushi they really make incredible sushi; flavours that we never tasted before! 😍

Por fin sushi vegano en València… ¡Y qué sushi! Espectacular, mucho más rico y fiel a la comida japonesa que otros sushi veganos que puedes encontrar en Madrid o Barcelona.

Recomendable 100% y también para ir con gente no vegana, ya que tienen dos cartas totalmente diferenciadas: una vegana y una con pescado.
El único pero, por poner uno, es que quizás deberían ampliar la carta vegana de makis y quizás introducir algún sashimi. Y alguna cerveza japonesa más, aunque tienen Saporo.

Excellent vegan rolls - Edit
I love sushi, but as a vegan, it’s tough to find variety. I love the vegan menu here so that I can have something more than just an avocado roll, and the restaurant itself is lovely, too. I went with a meat-eating friend, and he also loved it (including the vegan rolls he tried). Will be back for sure! I would leave 5 stars, but it’s not an option since this place serves meat.
