Small restaurant with mainly vegan food with some vegetarian options.

Every week there are some new menus and some side dishes like banana bred, rice pudding etc.
The best restaurant in town and my all time favorite.
Highly recommended!

A very nice little restaurant/ juice bar in the middle of town. Serves 3-4 warm dishes like curry, salad bowls and smoothies. Friendly staff. I love finding little gems like this in new cities. Highly recommended!

Nice place to eat outside, located in the pedestrian zone near the opera. Vegetarian (all vegan feta) Offers lunch (daily menu plus regular menu) such as curries with rice or different bowls. Also has other things (e.g. handmade vegan ice cream, coffee with milk alternatives, fresh juices, vegan chia pudding milk rice)

Great variety of vegan bowls, both savoury as well as sweet. Furthermore, different smoothies are served. Not too costly, but rather limited seating, no restrooms (tip: there are some at the public library across the street😉).

Finally a vegan restaurant in Bayreuth 😍 - Edit
It mainly serves vegan food, but does have some vegetetarian toppings such aus feta cheese or mozzarella. All of their meals are tasty!

I came here because it was the only non-meat restaurant in Bayreuth (besides ice cream shops and the like) and I was a bit cautious when I saw the menu because it was a salad place and they mostly had salads but boy was I surprised by how delicious a salad could be! And full of substance! I had the Urlaubssalad and let me tell you the potatoes (of all things!) in them were amazing and the pesto sauce was even better!!!!!!!
Read moreThere are about 5 salads all vegan and it is clearly marked on the menu - besides, you can compose your own and the ingredients are visible. I came back later on the same day because I wanted to bring a salad to the Wagner Opera hause, where they only have bratwurst & pommes or a crazy expensive pre-ordered dinner.
What could be improved is the seating -inside is fine but outside there are just some standing tables-, especially on hot days it would be wonderful to sit outside but I got the feeling that most customers just got lunch from work and left again. Also, you have to pay in cash (ew money dirty).
In short, it's a great place to get a salad and the people working there are cute and helpful and I love what they bring to the city.
*I would give 5 stars (4 stars reads 'Very good') but I reserve that for places where everything is vegan.
