Don't miss out go here!! - Edit
We went here for our sons birthday! We ordered one of every thing. This was truly some of the best food I've ever eaten and also the best service! Highly recommended! Also the prices were really Reasonable, we've had not nearly as good food for more money.

Outstanding, if expensive - Edit
My first thought on seeing the menu was "this is all extremely fancy and I actually have no idea what any of this will be like" - but everything we had was fantastic. The spicy dan dan noodles were especially amazing. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Upscale Vegan Restaurant! - Edit
This restaurant is fantastic! It's upscale but there's no specific dress code. Fully vegan. Delicious menu options. Everything we got was enjoyed by our whole table which included a vegan (me!), a vegetarian, and three omnis. We all stuffed ourselves silly and were happy to do so! Get the Pavlova for dessert. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful Dining - Edit
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The menu seemed to have options for all taste profiles. I really enjoyed the portobello carpaccio, but wish I could have tried everything! I would recommend this for all not just plant based eaters.

Vegan Fine Dining - Edit
This place had been hyped up to me so long I was a little dissatisfied when I finally went. Everything was pretty good but it was expensive and didn’t blow me away. Most things tasted like charcoal tbh. I did love the fondue though !

A true foodie experience - Edit
Yes this place is fancy and if you do it right (get 3 dishes per person plus dessert) it will be a little pricey. BUT SO WORTH IT! Food here is unreal. The flavors are so well developed the presentation is awesome. Treat yourself to a nice date night here!!! Save room for dessert and good cup of coffee to end the meal!!

Good food - Edit
French reset aura y like vibe, especially liked the braciole with pesto and the rutabaga fondue with soft pretzel. We went as a group of 5- listen to the waiters when they say order everything! All the plate sizes are the same, regardless of the section of the menu, so it gets expensive since the portions are small.

One of the best vegan restaurants I’ve ever been to. - Edit
This is a must for anybody that finds themselves in Philly. My group ordered one of every menu item to share, and everything was absolutely delicious! The staff was super friendly and everything was so good that I bought their cookbook on the way out. Will definitely be going back here anytime that I’m in Philly.

This Should Be On Every Vegan’s Bucket List - Edit
Simply amazing. From the ambiance, to the giddy excitement my table and our neighboring tables shared over the presentation and taste of the food. We didn’t even know each other and were brought together over food. Everything we had was top notch: rheudabega fu due with a fresh soft pretzel, campfire carrot, Dan Dannoodles, raspberry sorbet. And the cocktails were equally delish.

Delicious flavors - Edit
The food is prepared with care and encompasses a variety of fresh produce, beans, spices, and herbs to draw out the flavors. The presentation was lovely too. It's a very lively restaurant and not what I was expecting for fine dining, but still nice. I felt the portions were way too small for the prices charged given what kind of ingredients they were, and the waitress also said that every dish except one was shareable, although some weren't that easy to share. We ordered 9 dishes between 4 people and probably could have ordered a few more, but the bill was over $300 already.

A lovely vegan experience - Edit
I was thrilled when Fancy Radish opened in DC, and when I made plans to visit Philadelphia, I knew I had to visit their sister restaurant, Vedge. Vedge is somewhat larger than Fancy Radish, with a more extensive menu. Both places are vegetable focused. Both places have the Rutabaga Fondue, which is one of my favorite dishes ever. The Fingerling Potatoes dish here has the same flavor profile of the Peruvian Potatoes at Fancy Radish, but the potatoes are cut smaller, and the spicy sauce is on the bottom instead of the top. I remember the Smoked Portabella Carpaccio from Kate Jacoby & Rich Landau's original restaurant, Horizons, and I was glad to enjoy it once again. We also got the Campfire Carrot, two large carrots grilled and blackened, with lentils and pickled cabbage; and the Grilled Tofu, which came with a mini crepe full of whipped turnips.
Read moreFor dessert, I got the chocolate uber chunk, a triptych of chocolate custard, peanut butter fudge, and stout ice cream; while my boyfriend enjoyed the key lime custard tart.
I probably won't visit Vedge every time I'm in Philly--after all, I have Fancy Radish--but I do recommend it if you are looking for those who aren't so lucky.
Pros: Delicious food, All vegan
Cons: It was a bit crowded and noisy

Just Amazing - Edit
Not only was the food incredible but so was the service. Our server knew when to be present and also when to let us enjoy. There are not many vegan fine dining experiences (especially where I'm from), so I was elated to be able to experience Vedge. My favorite was the truffle butter tofu and the campfire carrots. It is pricey but so worth it if you can swing it.

Fantastic, tasty and creative vegan cuisine. I always look forward to coming back. Call and make reservations as soon as you can because if you wait too long it can be hard to find a table!

FABULOUS Dinner, Big Improvement from Earlier Weak Visit - Edit
Seven years ago, we went to Vedge & had a terrible experience, with pedestrian food & a poor server. We’re back in Philly for the first time since then & couldn’t resist a revisit, as vegan fine dining is completely unavailable in our hometown. I’m so glad we came—everything was excellent! Our favorite items were the rutabaga fondue, charred carrot, & fingerling potatoes. Also, the toffee dessert was fabulous, although we traded out the ice cream flavor. Vedge will unquestionably be on our agenda if we’re in Philly again.

Amazing all around! - Edit
We went here for a date night before seeing a show and it was an all around wonderful experience! Service was INSANELY quick, one dish right after another, and everything was out of this world good. Since it was our first time, and they are small plates, we ordered a handful of dishes to share. Presentation is very upscale, food is delicious and filling and light at the same time. Honestly didn't really have any critiques at all. If you're looking for a more upscale evening, this is definitely the place to go! Can't wait to go back, especially since the menu changes seasonally!

The food is exceptional. Creative, fresh and beautiful. The waitstaff is amazing, both thoughtful and responsive. The ambiance is romantic. Very cozy and well appointed. The food is expensive… but worth it. I have been here at least 10 times and I enjoy it more every time.

I mean, the food is obviously very good. But I'm not sure I really understand the whole "fine dining" thing. If you feel like spending a bunch of money, then go for it. I just cant feel comfortable spending that much.

Good food but very small portions - Edit
My friend and I visited this place to try it out. This was one of the most upscale vegan restaurants I’ve been too. The food was good but the portions were tiny especially since I was sharing with a friend. Honestly did not expect the portions to be this small. After our meal we actually left and went immediately to another restaurant to get a big bowl of vegan ramen LMAO
