Fantastic Dinner - Edit
We had a lovely dinner here and I wish this place was closer to home as we would be regulars for sure! We had the stuffed avocado, the brussel sprouts, the fondue, the beet, the mushrooms (not the carpaccio one) and the tofu. All were delicious. We had non alcoholic drinks and tried two desserts - the sticky toffee and the cheesecake. I can’t believe how moist the pudding was and I’d love the recipe for the cheesecake, but apparently it is a big secret.

Good food. Great service. - Edit
Enjoyed 4 of 6 dishes. Mushrooms were divine. Shredded Sprouts also. Too much salt in shredded cabbage on avocado. Something in stuffed avocado had a massive salt punch also. Raw curry powder taste in broth with roast beets. Brownie tastes like raw granulated cookie dough. (Personal tastes here, dinner partner liked food more than me!)

Cons: Pricey for size. Hit and miss for me.

Delicious + Expensive - Edit
The food was delicious, but very pricey. Some portions are very small but filling because they are rich in flavor. I would recommend splitting five or six dishes between two people.
Read moreWe ordered the fancy radishes, shaved Brussels sprouts, mushroom carpaccio, smoked potato crepe, and ssamjang tofu. The Brussels sprouts were beyond a doubt the best dish of the night - absolutely beyond delicious and would order again and again. The potato crepe was delicious, but tiny. The mushrooms were good. The radishes were okay, but very small and not too memorable. Our least favorite (though still delicious) was the tofu. The piece was too thick so there was too much plain tofu in each bite, but the purée was delicious.
The service and atmosphere were both lovely also. I wish some of the servings were bigger considering the prices, but I would go back and would recommend, but it’s definitely a splurge.

I take carnivores here! - Edit
This is the place you take your meat eating friends and educate them on how good flavor can be without cheese or meat! This is the place you go to and wonder....can I become a famous vegan chef. Let me just say one thing...the chocolate ganache with creamed corn ice cream....holy mother of all tastebuds.

Favorite restaurant in the world. - Edit
I have been to vegan restaurants around the world, and Vedge remains the best. I don’t like eggplant, but I dream of their eggplant. Go there.

Best upscale vegan restaurant in the U.S. - Edit
I was absolutely blown away by the food here. I have travelled the U.S. multiple times and this is my favorite vegan restaurant to date. Any restaurant that can make ordering a pretzel or carrot a fine dining experience that you can't stop talking about is worth visiting. Also, extra points for having delicious non alcoholic cocktails. The mint mansion is AMAZING.

Unbelievable - Edit
This food is incredible. It’s very expensive, and the servings are small so it’s definitely a special occasion spot. But every dish we had was to die for. And fortunately, no one did!

How does someone start to describe the best vegan restaurnt? All I can say is that it definitely deserves 1 Michelin star. I went with another 3 ppl and ordered 12 things from the menu including dessert and none disappointed ,every single dish was full of flavor...

Flavors out of this world! - Edit
Went for anniversary dinner and was totally blown away. Definitely lives up to the hype. Great flavors in every course- you really couldn’t go wrong ordering anything here. The dining room was intimate without being too too small. Definitely a place for a special night, must book pretty far in advance for weekend night.

I left quite full - Edit
My husband and I loved this place. Yes, it is pricey, but if you want a lot of food for cheap eat fast food. The courses are a series of small plates. Everything was amazingly delicious! If you want to experience the fine art of food, eat here; if not, eat at a diner.

There’s nothing like a well run fine dining Vegan Restaurant. - Edit
As vegans, I think one of the issues that we face is that many of the restaurants are Takeaway style or definitely casual in one way or the other. This is the quintessential find dining restaurant that thankfully is vegan. Staff is very knowledgeable and glad to be serving you. The atmosphere is hi end and enchanting. The mushroom carpaccio was solid. The pretzel with fondue was great as well, but I wish they would haveGiven us more fondue cheese. As it turns out, all the portions are fairly small, but it’s definitely quality over see quantity. And then we we also had the grilled corn pieces piled over a bed of chickpea pate of sorts, or maybe it was eggplant not sure. It was definitely savory. Find dining and five stars all the way!

Perfect spot for special occasion - Edit
This place has awesome food! Menu is tapas style and broken into 3 courses. The waiters suggest you have one plate from each course. You will want to do that because plates and small. Everything I had I absolutely loved! Menu changes some items seasonally, so everything tastes fresh. Expect to pay a decent amount of money to actually be full.

The food here is simply beautiful. Fresh veg cooked and presented in ways you wouldn’t expect. The plates are small so you’ll need at least 2 to 3 dishes per person. It is expensive but worth the money.
