🍲Le restaurant propose des plats plutôt travaillés à base d'ingrédients simples et efficaces (par exemple des poireaux dans une délicieuse sauce émulsionnée). Mention spéciale pour la burrata ! Des patatas bravas sont offertes en amuse-bouche.

Possibilité aussi de manger dehors.

Quelques déséquilibres : les "calamars" n'en ont ni la texture ni le goût, qui ressemble quand même à celui du poisson.
Le pad thaï est très simple.
Une adresse très agréable à Madrid !

All vegan restaurant with a small menu and lovely flavours. We had the burger and the pad Thai (which was a standout and quite a big portion). We also had the gyozas to share, which were crispy and delicious.

VEGA, both locations, are my favorite Madrid vegan restaurant. They have an amazing lunch special that always delivers nuanced and well flavored food and dessert. Ambiance is also great. A must visit!

Croquetas and gyozas so nice. Padthai was ok.

I ended up getting 3 courses and all are excellent. They even gave me an appetiser before the starter, which was a nice surprise. I was also pleased to see horchata on the drinks menu. I'd just been in Valencia but for various reasons I'd only had it once there so it was nice to get another opportunity.

The food was so tasty and beautifully presented. Also unique. The staff was very friendly. We had potatoes in a green sauce like Canary Islands. The Seitan Beef Carpaccio was unbelievable. The Grilled Artichoke in Romesco sauce was delicious as was the burger with a pea patty. I would go out of my way to eat here

I visited Vega for the first time in 2015 and thought it was the best vegan restaurant I had ever been to. Back then it was exceptionally good. It is still very good, but not quite as exceptional.

Happy with both, and the menu is essentially the same at both restaurants, but with a bit more to choose from at Álamo. A slightly cozier venue too.
So I warmly recommend a visit.

We had dinner in this lovely little restaurant this evening. We were first served some kind of soup with tofu bits in it which was really nice. We ordered 2 starters between 3 of us - the mushroom croquettes and the gyoza - both delicious. We had 3 different mains which we all said were delicious - no room for dessert!

We didn't dine, we got this one Togo and it was really tasty. The service was friendly, bilingual and proficient. The establishment was clean. They offer free wifi and the toilets are down some stairs. There was no music except for a chirping bird on repeat which was different. Would recommend you give these guys a shot while food crawling across Madrid.
