A Planetary Food Experience Beyond Our Solar System - Edit
Oh my goodness! After a long day at work in the local area missing lunch, I started getting headaches. I had to find something to eat fast! I of course broke out the Happy Cow app and found Planet Vegan being the closest to my work location. When I arrived there at Planet Vegan Vegan I was greeted by the sushi chef and another chef who made the burgers, sandwiches, fries etc. Being it was first time there I went ordered the Planet Vegan Burger. Sure enough, all the reviews weren’t lying about how OUTSTANDING the burger tastes. The burger being on a pretzel bun….NICE! 😎
Read moreWhile my Planet Vegan Burger was being made, I talked to the sushi chef and he was telling me about the different sushi he made. The most popular sushi he makes is one called the Mt. More. I decided to order that to-go. After I got home, I was only able to eat two because…I was full from eating the Planet Vegan Burger 🍔 and fries at ate earlier. Overall, I highly recommend checking Planet Vegan out!

My son even declared the burger the best he's ever had! The flavors were rich, the portions generous, and everything was clearly made with care and expertise.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. The space itself is cozy, so ordering ahead might be a good idea if you're planning to dine during a busy time.
Whether you're vegan or not, Planet Vegan is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for satisfying, flavorful food. Highly recommend it!

Overtaking the Planet! - Edit
This was the first full vegan restaurant I tried out when moving to Norfolk earlier this year, and still, after 6 months later, it's definitely in my top 5 restaurants of all the ones I've been able to visit so far. Great portions amazing prices, wonderful ingredients, and everything is made by one man with a gift and a passion for food. I hope to see this place go far!

Best food on our 2 week road trip. The Philly Cheese Sub is actually a wrap with mushrooms but was incredibly good! Every bite I was saying "mmm wow so good". It's similar to the Cajun Mushroom Pita. The side dish, Rasta Shmack was really good, kind of a Mac and cheese. Chicken sandwich is oyster mushrooms and is really good, on pretzel bun and great pickles.

“Best Chicken Sandwich in the World” - Edit
This cute little place promotes its chicken sandwich as best in the world so I had to try. It may have been the best. Prepared with love and a side of Rasta pasta and alkaline water. Wonderful pickles in the sandwich. Rasta schmack (mac & cheese) has some zest. My lunch mate ordered the Cajun mushroom pita and ate every crumb. Seating is limited and it would be great to have shade for the outdoor tables. All around a little gem.

One of their signs says “best burger on the planet.” This is not an exaggeration. The bun is super soft, the patty hearty, the pickles crunchy. So so so yummy.

Have to re-write and lower my rating for this place. Ordered from there on Saturday, and got a wrong order. Tried again tonight through Uber Eats.. ordered two cheesesteak sub combos, one with sweet potato fries and one with peas and rice. Also an order of Rasta Schmack… received two Cajun mushroom pitas, one with sweet potato fries, one with Rasta schmack and an order of what appears to be spiced cabbage. Very disappointing. Two orders in 3 days that were incorrect.

We vacation at VA Beach and came across this Cafe. We ordered the vegan chicken sandwiches and came back for more the next day, lol. The Chef was really friendly and welcoming. If ever in this area please try it.

Wonderful - Edit
Very good food! It’s a very small place, with one guy behind the counter cooking the food and there’s a few tables, also combined with a shop selling rocks/gems, books, jewelry, ex. The people are extremely helpful and nice! I got the chicken sandwich with a side of fries, and it was amazing and had a really nice texture as well. I’ll definitely be back!
