Good but not the best experience in Athens - Edit
We came to try the erotic gyros and instead of telling us directly what wasn't available on the menu, the owner waited for us to order to tell us what he couldn't make (actually lots of stuff). We came at the opening in the middle of the week so it was a bit weird to see that many options were not available.
Read moreSo we took the Lahmajun and the Greek traditional salad. I can definitely recommend them even if the salad quantity was a bit small for the price. We also ordered the frappes with no sugar and vegan milk, they were great.

Great little spot to support with delicious food! - Edit
Fantastic delicious food, BIG portions and little prices, generous owner too. Very nice, wish we had time to come back! We had erotic gyros and pandaisia salad, sensational! I'm pretty sure the owner was giving a free meal to a guy tonight, pretty sure it's run as a social enterprise given the low prices. Really nice idea and great vegan place to support.

Not a fan of their soy meat - Edit
We had their kebab, burger and the crepes. The pita and most fillings in the kebab were good (such as the vegan tzatziki) but their soy meat really wasn't tasty. The burger was average. The crepes filling was very tasty, but calling them "crepes" is a bit of a lie. They aren't crepes, they're wraps (so dry) with chocolate, biscuit and banana inside.

So good we needed an encore - Edit
Hands down the best food we ate in Athens, the gyros were so good we ordered a second round! We left so full, but so satisfied. If we’d discovered this place on the first day rather than the last I’m sure we’d have returned many times. And only €20!

Not as described - Edit
First time we ordered the gyro and when it arrived it was just chopped up soy kebab in a wrap. We assumed it was just a mistake and ordered again the next day. The same thing happened, when we called he confirmed that it was just chopped up kebab pieces NOT gyros at all. He said they had run out of their usual, but hadn't updated the menu or informed anyone. Also very oily.
Read moreThe "crepe" had a very tasty chocolate filling, but was definitely not a crepe, just a thin shop bought wrap.
Pros: Crepe filling
Cons: Oily souvlaki, Crepe actually just a wrap

Authentic Greek tavern vibe in the anonymous metropolis - Edit
One of the most charming experiences in Athens. Saturday evening and I almost walked past, but then the music, Konstantinos himself on the synthesiser, caught my ear. He was playing for an empty dining hall, and stopped once I got in, to take my order. I had the simple 4€ gyros pita, which was very tasty. A bit on the spicy side, but that was perfect on that chilly January evening. A small space, but I hope it will be very popular, as it should!

So far my favourite place in Athens, I've been twice. I've been looking for the best vegan souvlaki and to be honest none quite hit the spot that I remember from my meat eating days, but Konstantinos' one is satisfying and pleasantly spicy - my favourite so far. I also had the makaronia me kima - pasta with meaty sauce. Both were great. It also feels inviting somehow and personal - it's a small space and you can tell Konstantinos wants to make it special.

La comida es súper rica, se nota que cocina con cariño. Probamos varias cosas y todo muy sabroso. Es un sitio pequeño y solo atiende el dueño, pero vale totalmente la pena comer aquí

Delicius food and relax atmosphere - Edit
We came across this place by accident walking down the street and then decided to give it a try. And what a joy it was! We ordered spaghetti with beyond mince and lahmacun (flatbread filled with vegan mince) and they both turned out to be huge, delicious and really worth its price. I mean I do think the dishes were cheap to be frank as they were big and really tasteful. Place is small but really nice with easy-going atmosphere. Go and try it out, support vegan places with good food!
