One star

6€ for a really bad glass of whine.
9€ for the smallest wrap ever and quite basic (or not that good).
Everything is expensive (I'm used to NYC and Paris...). Really disappointed. That's absolutly not $ over $$$...

Ok, close to acropolis

I was unimpressed, maybe I was having a bad day or something because so many other reviews are glowing. Had the soy souvlaki and the beetroot salad. Also ordered a hot chocolate, confirmed hot with the server, but it came cold. It was all just ok. On the other hand, they are vegan, friendly, they were open during a time when many of the restaurants were closed in Athens, and they were just near the theatre of Dionysus at the bottom of the acropolis.

Delicious

Here you can try classic Greek dishes made vegan. We picked 3 dessert. Portions are very generous. Everything was good, staff is nice and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely recommended!

Sehr leckeres griechisches Essen

Wir haben veganaki Spezial gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Die Portion war für 21€ ein bisschen klein und wir haben uns dann noch Spieße dazu bestellt. Trotzdem insgesamt eine Empfehlung.

Delicious Vegan Greek Food

Loved the Moussaka and the Keftedakia! I was on an Athens walking tour and I asked the guide where was good vegetarian/vegan food near the Acropolis Museum. They suggested Veganaki. The food is delicious here.

Great Food

Eating here feels a little pricy, but the price seems normal for the surrounding area. The food was good, but the portion seemed small compared to the price. In hindsight, i was still full.

Too expensive for what it is

The prices have increased a lot lately, too much to my taste (much higher than what's on their website). I tried the omelet and the pastitio. Tasted good, but not good enough to justify these prices. The quantity is average and the quality is ok. The outside seating area is not very pleasant, next to a big road. There are many better options in Athens, like Early Bites.

Really good food!

Very nice vegan and gluten free restaurant with a lovely vibe. The food was really good, even though it is a little bit pricey. The vegan Carbonara and the Tzatziki are a must try! Even went here 2 times within a week because it was so good.
The staff was really friendly too!

Not so good

I've been reading many comments about this place and I was expecting much more because all of them talk about how tasty it is. However I've been tasting many dishes and frankly it wasn't so tasty. Anyway it's a calm and relaxing place where they have kind workers. Just one exception that was a bit confusing: one of the workers asked everyone to pay in advance because of the shift change while we were eating, but 20 minutes later she continued there 🤔

Pros: Many many options

Cons: Terrace plenty of smokers

Delicious but quite expensive

We went there for breakfast and the menu had something to offer for everyone's taste. The yogurt bowl was good, but not 8.50 worth. The avocado toast had the same price.

Mixed feelings

We shared a salad, the club sandwich and the Moussaka. The Gourmet Salad was really good!!! The Clubsandwich and the Moussaka were just okish. The mocktail Mojito was too sweet for us. Also quite pricey for Athens.

Very tasty!

We came here after a night out and had a great meal! It's a nice stylish space and I think it's cool that the whole menu is gluten-free!

For starters we went for the cashew nuts feta cheese with a side of bread. It was a nice big portion of feta and I enjoyed eating it with the bread. The bread is more plain so if you do order it I would recommend ordering it with something such as one of the cheeses.

For our mains we got the soy souvlaki plate and pesto pizza.

The souvlaki plate was all very tasty with nice chewy soy chunks and tasty chips which went well with the sauce and pita bread. The pesto pizza was also very tasty with a nice crispy base.

I would say the food was more on the healthier side rather than indulgent but is still very tasty so definitely worth a visit!

Great Greek plates vegan and gluten free

If you're looking for a vegan restaurant that recreates traditional Greek recipes, this is the place to go. Plus, everything is certified gluten-free and homemade.
When you arrive, you'll find a small booklet on the table explaining the restaurant's values, and there are books available on the wall.

The menus are rich and varied, featuring pies, pizzas, pasta, and four desserts.
Generously portioned plates, with specialties perfect for sharing as a couple on a mezze platter.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages certified gluten-free and vegan. (Beers, wines, and cocktails)

I opted for a moussaka, and I wasn’t disappointed.
It was perfect—not too salty, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and full of flavor.
For dessert, I had a tiramisu; the coffee flavor was very pronounced.

The service was perfect, and the food was top-notch.
A counter service allows you to order their dishes to go, and sandwiches are also available.

Colorful and friendly

An bright, colorful place with a casual vibe and a menu that includes vegan takes on traditional Greek dishes. We shared two main courses for lunch, and both were delicious. The moussaka substituted red lentils for minced meat and had a béchamel sauce made from cauliflower and almond milk. The baked omelet came with mushrooms and sunflower seeds.

Brilliant portion sizes and flavour

Slightly more pricy than regional restaurants but absolutely worth the cost. My friends and I ordered a massive sharer platter as well as our own meals. The pasta is underrated here

Pros: Great portion sizes

Cons: Not enough bread for the hummus

Das Essen kommt den griechischen Geschmäckern wirklich sehr nahe und überzeugt auch ohne tierische Produkte. Der Service ist schnell und ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.
