The best cappuccino I’ve had in Thailand and an absolutely delicious spinach filled croissant. It’s nice that they open at 10 for breakfast. I’m ready to go back!

This is a branch of one of the best restaurants in Bangkok. It serves a mix of western and Asian dishes and anything you order will be absolutely Incredible. From breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and desserts, it is all amazing. We would come back to Bangkok just for this restaurant.

It’s a cute completely vegan restaurant that’s across from a small park! It’s off the beaten path but very well worth the trip! The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing 🤩 I’m already planning my next visit to try some more of their offerings! It’s a little off the beaten track but it is well worth. Quite a large premises for a vegan restaurant. And quite a diverse menu that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smoothies too. No alcohol however. We had the Overloaded Fries and the Som Tam for starters. For mains we had the Massaman Curry (Rice Bowl), Thai Spicy Coconut Noodle, and the Chick Pea Sweet Potato Curry. And finally for Dessert we had the Vegan Dubai Chocolate Cake. We also Passion Fruits & Citrus Smoothies, the non alcoholic beer and a Singha Soda. All the food selections were delicious. Not essentially Thai cuisine but more Asian generally. Nice ambiance and service. Above average pricing for Bangkok.

This is a lovely restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere and a great menu. Everything we ate was as expected and very good but not blown away. Some great drink options too but no standard soft drinks.

The menu is huuge and we had the luxury (that, as vegan, we don’t get that often) of having a hard time choosing!
Everything we had was delicious, well served and pretty. We had burgers, fries with mushrooms, and the Japan rice curry.
The desserts are also super yummy, so make sure to keep a bit of hunger!
I especially liked the brownie sundae, with warm delicious brownie, topped with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream.
Also, because we ordered for more than 1000 THB, they gave us a free piece of red velvet cake!😄

I had the tom yum mac and cheese, which sounds like a really odd combination, but it was so good and I enjoyed every bite. Also had the dumpling soup which was not as good - the dumplings kind of fell apart in the soup.

Nice restaurant behind the park next to emquartier. Everything on the menu is vegan en they have a lot of dishes, ranging from thai to western and more health concious. Almost to much to pick and it tasted great.

I wish the açai smoothie bowl was less liquid though - like a true açai bowl.
Also the burger is too big to eat without a knife and fork (very small complaint!)

Perhaps I went in with too high of hopes, but frankly, I found this place to be overrated and left disappointed. 3 of us went and we all had mixed results with our meals.

- Som Tam salad (good but too spicy): 3.5⭐️
- American Pancakes Set (tasty, especially with the raspberry compote, and the vacon was a good imitation): 4.5⭐️
- Mac-n-Cheese (bland and overwhelmingly “noochy”: 3⭐️
- Chickpea Satay Wrap: (My son says it was bland and very mediocre.): 2.5⭐️
- Cheesy Tonkatsu Curry Rice (-minus the cheese; a delicious imitation with a crunchy crust): 4.5⭐️
- Fresh Lemon Iced: 3⭐️
- Mango Shake: 3.5⭐️
- Soy Caramel: 2⭐️ This one was misleading. It was listed on the menu under “Coffees & Teas”, but it was simply warm, sweetened soy milk with a caramel drizzle. We asked them to add a shot of espresso (at additional cost) which made the drink closer to what we expected, but it still wasn’t great.
Typically, I enjoy trying vegan desserts, but I was so underwhelmed by the meal that I didn’t risk it.

A good place for a Western breakfast - Edit
Veganerie was one of the few places open early enough to have a Western-style breakfast (I love Thai food, but I don't always feel like soup and noodles for breakfast). The waffle was very good (although I got the dessert option, so it was quite sweet for my breakfast). The menu is large, the dessert cabinet ample, and if I had time, I would have gone back to try more. The matcha smoothie was really tasty too and I appreciated that the staff made it how I wanted it (not too sweet!)
