I haven't had veg dürüm (or döner) before. I don't know this compares to other ones, but it's hard to imagine it could be beat. I'm not particularly into fake meat, but the texture was good and the flavor was fantastic. (And the samouraï sauce was something else.)
Read moreThe staff are friendly and the location is comfortable enough. It's also a bit outside the main tourist drags, making it not hard to get to but not swamped either.
Update: I liked it so much, I went again the next day. This time I unfortunately showed up during a huge dinner rush due to an event in town. The staff did the very best they could to handle it and kept in good cheer the whole time. And the food, when it came, was again excellent. This place rocks.
Suggestion: weather permitting, take the food to go, and eat it two blocks away along the Quai des Bateliers, which is an absolutely wonderful place. It's not just me; a friend of mine who's a Strasbourg native listed it as one of his favorite spaces.

really yummy vegan kebabs & i loved the aioli sauce! my only issue with the kebab was that the fake 'meat' was all on the top, so once i got half way through, the whole rest of the kebab was just salad

they were very busy when we got there so there was a long wait to order the food, but it didn't take too long for them to cook it luckily

When in France, you’ve got to have a kebab, so I was thrilled to find this vegan kebab shop! The portions are huge and though most of the offerings are fast foodish (kebabs, tacos, fries, cheese sticks, onion rings…), they were delicious! Unless you have a big appetite, I think the kebab could be shared with a side salad and fries.
