Unbelievably cheap and good! - Edit
First time i ordered spicy minced tofu salad with herbs and rice. Price 37 baht. It was really spicy (at least for me) but also very good. Next day fried crispy tofu (not written on the menu, but you see it) and rice. It was so crispy and flavorful. Employee was friendly and told which ones are vegan😊

Good cheap food option in Terminal 21 - Edit
All the usual dishes - curry, stir-fried dishes over rice and some noodles. Be careful to ask if there is egg as some dishes are vegetarian instead of vegan. Decent choice in a limited place. 40 baht for rice and 3 toppings

Many vegan dishes - Edit
Has a good range of staple dishes with many vegan choices. But personally, I didn't like the taste and felt that the food could be a bit hotter (it was kind of room temperature). Some dishes contain eggs (seeable), if unsure, ask to confirm with the seller.
