Heavy customization required - Edit
Only 1-2 vegan options. Lot’s of customizations required and then you really have an over priced bowl of lettuce

Few options - Edit
One vegan mushroom soup. All salads require heavy customization with no price break when you remove the meat and cheese. Sides of veggies and tofu available. Loud restaurant (music, high ceilings, all wood acoustics).

Cons: Few options. , Paying for meat salads with no meat, LOUD

Not a Recommendation - Edit
Why is this cafe included in HappyCow? Very few options for vegetarians and vegans. No herbal tea.

Yummy, would go back! - Edit
Had the beet salad and it was the best I’ve ever had. It was large with big pieces of beets, lots of nuts and delicious fresh greens. Asked for bread and the waiter brought a basket of focaccia and didn’t charge extra for it. Service was great. Atmosphere pleasant.

Great option for vegans/non vegans alike - Edit
We go here when we have non-vegan guests because they will typically find something they like. The staff will customize any salad, and you can add tofu (for an upcharge, even if subbing for a meat). There are occasional specials that are vegan. The bread (free, but served on request) has changed a couple times, so best to ask if it is still vegan.

Amazing - Edit
We went here on a hot day after walking around Old Town. It was like a mirage in the desert. I had a giant salad with kale and other good stuff and it really hit the spot. In addition, I ordered the vegan mushroom stew and took some home for dinner. It was my favorite meal of the entire trip.

Awesome! - Edit
I was just looking for a quick lunch near my hotel, and this popped up with just 2 (but very good) reviews. Only one menu item appeared to be vegan, so I asked the server what items COULD be made vegan, and his response was “it would be easier if you picked something that sounded good we’ll look at how we can make it vegan. Nice! I tried the beet salad (sans cheese), and it was HUGE, fresh and delicious! Very open atmosphere, quick service, and crowded (obviously popular) for a late lunch. I’ll eat here again!

A 100% wonderful experience - Edit
Vinaigrette met or exceeded all our expectations. It was easy to find, despite nearby road construction, close to I-40 (we were traveling through and didn't want a big detour) and there was plenty of parking. We sat outside on the very nice, verdant, clean, bright, colorfully-umbrella'd patio, due to having our little dog with us, and the service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The menu was to die for – not only great food but also really unique and delicious beverages, such as the fresh fruit-and-veggie juice blends with soda water that we had. We shared the brothy, flavorful wild mushroom soup, an elaborate salad with two different house-made vinaigrettes, some EXCEPTIONAL griddled tofu, and marinated artichoke hearts. Everything was divine, except artichoke hearts a little too salty, and I'm only sad I don't get through Albuquerque more often so I could sample the rest of the menu. No issues whatsoever with service, pricing, or the overall experience. Truly enjoyable.

Huge portions! - Edit
I have been there twice, and enjoyed the Asian Chopped Salad both times, with added grilled tofu. Loved the food! Not cheap, but truly large portions. Very cute, trendy ambience and good service. Tons of options for vegans.

A happy regular eater - Edit
I live in ABQ and love to eat at Vinaigrette, much of the menu can be made vegetarian and a good number of the items can be made vegan. All the salads are built to order. You can change salad dressings to your liking. Beyond the great salads, I love their mushroom stew (vegan). They offer a 'lunch couples' menu at noontime which consists of a cup of soup and a half portion of their salads for $10. This is plenty of food for lunch. They routinely offer seasonal specials and there usually is at least one new vegan item offered in addition to the regular menu. Fresh food at fair prices. Great for dinner too. So happy they opened up in ABQ (they started in Santa Fe).

Kale salad was superb. Ambiance charming. - Edit
I loved the salad. Tasty and fresh. Wine selection also good. I tried their house Pinot and it was delightful. The decor is pleasantly unique and the staff professional. The playlist was perfect to create a nice dining experience. I will definitely be back.

Nice Vegan Options Available - Edit
I ordered a kale salad that had black beans, avocado and pepitas. I asked them to hold the cheese and add some beets instead of chicken, which they happily did. The lemon vinaigrette made it a great salad. Not cheap, but the big takeout box was enough for lunch and dinner. The interior was light and featured nice colorful paintings.

Super hip, super tasty - Edit
Not vegan, but very easy to eat veggie and be happy. Pleasant ambience, good beer, and the crowd was a good mix of families and hipster wannabes like me. I felt right at home and left looking forward to my next visit.
