Left hungry after hours of waiting - Edit
My partner and I were excited about finding a vegan place in Naples. The menu for this looked very good. However, upon arrival we were served by a waiter who seemed to take a dislike to us - we were unsure if it was because we were British and struggled with Italian (although do make an effort to say please, thank you in Italian etc). He would actively avoid us and when it came to ordering, he would leave in the middle of us trying to explain our order. We managed to order two pasta dishes and then proceeded to wait for more than an hour as they did not turn up. Eventually a female waitress checked on us to ask if we wanted dessert - we said that we hadn’t even eaten anything yet - and she was extremely apologetic and said there had been a problem with the kitchen - no pasta, but we could get pizza. My partner ordered a pizza but I had only wanted pasta so ended up not eating at all. The pizza itself was good. By this point it was 11pm and I was unable to find anything else to eat that night.
Read moreWe rate 3/5 stars only because the food and drinks we actually had were good, and it was great to find vegan food, and for the kindness of the female waitress, but we found the male waiter very rude and unbothered.
Pros: Lots of vegan options , Diverse menu
Cons: Slow service , Personal bias

Would give more stars if the service wasn’t that slow - Edit
When I arrived I was the first customer of the day, so all alone, yet I needed to wait for a super long time until anyone came by to take my order. The service in general was super slow, kind, but seemed to avoid customers and were chatting with each other at the counter instead. I needed to catch a train afterwards, so probably my experience is very different from someone who has all the time of the world.
Read moreRegarding the food: the raw lasagna as a starter was really good and so was my Scapece pizza. I very much recommend choosing one of the meal offers, otherwise it’s pretty pricey.

Absolut bad experience - Edit
We visited this restaurant on our last evening in Italy and had hoped for a really nice night.
Read moreWhen we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted. As usual, we waited at the entrance. Several waiters passed by without acknowledging us. It took a while before we were finally shown to a table. We made a reservation.
Our waiter was quite nice and helped us with the menu (which was only available via QR code). The menu is very large, and we found it to be absolutely confusing, with way too many odd subcategories.
We ordered wine for two, a Casablanca listed under the Neapolitan pizza category, and the Mare Nero pasta. Both were vegan. The dishes arrived extremely quickly.
Unfortunately, the pizza was not a Neapolitan pizza, but a focaccia. The dough was baked, and cold ingredients were placed on top.
The pasta was supposed to taste of the sea (with seaweed and lemon), but it was absolutely flavorless and just bad. Something was also gritty in the dish, it felt like sand between our teeth.
Our water came with gas, even though we had ordered still, and we didn’t receive any olives (everyone around us had some).
At some point, the waiter asked if everything was fine, and we honestly said no. We explained that the pizza was okay, even though it wasn’t really a pizza, and that the pasta was just bad. The waiter left, saying "don't worry." We assumed we wouldn’t be charged for the 18-euro pasta. However, at the counter, the pasta was still on the bill. I asked if we really had to pay for it, and the answer was yes. Absolutely zero customer orientation. Absolutely poor handling of complaints. At the very least, the wine could have been on the house.
I find it a shame that I have to give such a poor review to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant. If they had at least handled our complaint well, but no.
For us, it was a complete waste of money. There was also a 10% service charge (for what service exactly?) and an extra 1 euro per person for cutlery. We hadn't paid that much in any other restaurant in italy (not even in a vegan one in Rome). For 18 euros, I expect a high-quality and flavorful dish.
We were absolutely disappointed and cannot recommend this restaurant.
Cons: Bad taste , Bad service, Absolut no customer orientation

Pretty tasty pizza, one of the few places that use vegan cheese. Overall nice, though the service was quite slow.

Still, I can't help but feel that I could've cooked it better at home. Also fairly pricey for the amount of food.

We tried the pizzeria options (vegan and vegetarian): great combos, a lot of variety. Handy location opposite the National Museum of Naples.

Great food. Inconsistent service. - Edit
We had dinner here on Sunday. The service and food was exceptional. They made us a custom mocktail and the staff was super attentive. Real 5* service. We came back again on Tuesday, and the food was excellent again, however the service was awful. They only came once to take our order and then deliver the food. They didn't even clear the table. Eventually got up to go pay and all the staff was basically standing in the kitchen chatting. Nobody even asked if we enjoyed the meal.

Hit and miss - Edit
Excellent starters (raw lasagna, raw spaghetti and onion polpette) but my friend’s pizza and my main (spaghetti mare nero) were very disappointing (the spaghetti sounded very promising with a nori seaweed black sauce but they didn’t have any taste).
Read moreThe vibe is nice, full of natural light, well decorated with plants and with nice jazzy music in the background.
Service was friendly but slow and very hard to get their attention although the restaurant was almost empty. Also, my friend’s pizza was served as we hadn’t finished the starters and about 15’ before my pasta.
At about 80€ for 3 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks, i found it overall too expensive for what it is.
Pros: Nice decoration and music , Starters
Cons: Service and bad timing of the dishes, Variable tastiness , Expensive

Lovely place, amazing food, and not such a good service - Edit
If you're vegan / vegetarian or you simply want to try something local but ethical, this place is a must. The food, the wine, and the coffee are simply incredible.
Read moreHOWEVER, we were very disappointed by the service; we were waiting ages for even a drinks order for which we had to almost shout to get the waiter's attention. After ordering, they also forgot to bring the water (twice) and they brought a bottle of unopened wine for us to stare at for 5 minutes before eventually returning to open and pour it. As expected with this level of service, dirty plates were also sat on the table for quite some time before being cleared. Note that the restaurant was far from full when we attended.
The beautiful food was seriously let down by the poor service which you expect to be better for such high prices, but this wouldn't stop us from coming back.

Solid offering, great food - Edit
We were in Naples for six nights and ate here five of them, so it has my vote.
Read moreThe food quality, taste, and prep are very high without being over the top or heavy, a notable aspect of southern Italian food.
The space is nice though the decor is spartan; service is “Italian” so if you understand, you’ll understand… when in Naples, this is a great choice.

Good food served with extra fees... - Edit
We came here for dinner and had a green smoothie, Aida (tortellini, risotto and pasta) and two pizzas ("Housewife" and "Champignon").
Read moreYou have to scan a QR code for the menu, which didn't work in our case, so we were provided with a tablet by the restaurant. The online menu was available in various languages but it was not very well laid out and lacked definite information about allergens.
You also need to read the fine print which says there's a 1€ "service fee" per person, and an *additional* 10% (normal) to 15% (evenings and holidays) service fee on the bill. This is clearly a way to make the already high prices (for Napoli) not look as high as they really are.
Also note that there's an extra fee for making some of the dishes and drinks vegan (e.g. 1 € for Pizza, 0.50€ for Cappuccino). Strange for a restaurant that advertises a lot with "VEGANO".
The food was very good (one of the pizzas was a little on the salty side) and the service was quick and reasonably polite for Italian standards.
Overall, while we did enjoy the food, we wouldn't come back.
Pros: tasty food
Cons: high prices and service fees, no menu on website
