Vons is our Seattle Go-To - Edit
They only have one vegan entree, but it’s spectacular! It’s a sourdough pasta with olives, sundried tomatoes, and sauce with a slightly spicy kick. We order with fire-roasted broccoli (you can choose a hummus sauce one or choose to get it the original way with oil and lemon). Their music is always awesome (think Bob Seger superb classic rock). Add martini with their own gin and a glass of wine and you have a beautiful date night experience. Also, waitstaff has always been fantastic no matter how busy they were.

The Mediterranean pasta is INCREDIBLE + the roasted broccoli app is really great too, but I was taken aback when I looked at the receipt + saw a 5% “cook commission” + a 5% “to go charge” + for that reason, I’m out.

Vegan pasta! - Edit

Read moreI came here twice, both at lunch and at dinner, and it was always very busy. Despite that, the service is quick, and they have some vegan items on the menu, only one labeled (the vegan pasta which I ordered both times. It's so good!! 🥰).
They also have 2 hummus dishes: one with rosted eggplant and the other one served with broccoli. I asked for the one with eggplant, after confirming with the waitress that it was vegan, and really liked it (it tastes like baba ganoush). I think the other hummus is vegan, too.
My favorite thing was the pasta, freshly made and very flavorful!
