The food was good but very limited as only serving hotpot.

The server was friendly however insisted on communicating through a translator on the phone instead of speaking in Chinese to my partner.

Great hot pot, but the only option that day - Edit
Good food in a cute garden on a 7th floor terrace. Only option was hot pot that day, which was tasty, though perhaps not exactly what we would have picked if there were other options (the weather was already warm and we had to slowly pace ourselves). Portions were generous, and we could ask for more of what we liked. We picked the mala broth and it had great flavor.

Lovely peaceful garden location with nice staff and food. The elevator led us to the lobby of a hotel on 7th floor. If you go down the corridor to the left of the reception, it leads to the “wrist elephant garden”. I got 15 varied dishes for Y50, very happy - not just veggies but also tofu and seitan.

Good food but hard to find, head to elevator B of the Jinzhonghuan International Business Building and go to floor 7, then head to the rooftop garden and that is the restaurant. The food was good but just a large selection of vegetables.

Read moreFirst of all, it was pretty hard to find the place. Previous photos are helpful. And when we reached it, we asked a woman if she knew where the place as. She barely spoke English, so it took 10-15 minutes to realize, it was her restaurant we were looking for.
Then she kept serving foods, it was a never ending story. 😀🙂 She was very kind, and she tried hard to explain us things.
The food itself was mostly steamed veggies, but we were happy we found a vegan place at least. The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice, I would go back, even though the food is surely not my favorite.
Pros: Central location, Very nice staff, Good atmosphere
Cons: Hard to communicate with them
