Standard veg offerings a la Whole Foods

This Whole Foods is always bustling, so I tend to avoid it on weekends and right after work. It's also packed during lunch, as they have a good hot bar, salad bar, cold case, and other pre made food items ready to consume.

The produce is always being replenished, but sometimes you have to go near the express checkout for sale items. They must place them there for impulse buyers. Tons of organic fruits and veggies, and local items are marked.

Expect many choices for your snacks and pre-made foods, too, including nut and non-dairy milks, juices, raw foods, frozen items, fake meats, bulk items, dried fruits and nuts, grains, breads, etc. If you need it, there is probably something here for you.

Pros: Vegan friendly, Sale prices, Fresh produce

Cons: Whole Foods

For the High SES

This place is certainly for those with some $$. I'd go on Saturdays to try their free samples, though!

Pros: Free samples on Saturdays

Cons: Prices

Tofu pudding!

Check out the salad bar for the tofu pudding. It's great! The nicest WFM in Maryland. Vegan prepared food items clearly marked.

Pros: Tofu pudding, Vegan Ravioli, Bulk bins

Cons: Expensive, Chain-store, Hard to find parking
