Plenty of options - Edit
I was thrilled with the vegan options on the menu in the restaurant, (but you have to look closely, because the same symbol is used for both vegetarian and vegan). I had the Vegetarian Delight inside-out roll (vegan actually), vegan Agadashi tofu soup, and a noodle-vegetable dish (whose name I’ve forgotten) with added tofu. All excellent and delicious. The vegan Agadashi tofu soup was so good, and so few restaurants even have it! I’ll definitely go back.
Read moreBy the way, when we were looking at the menu, the chef (or maybe manager?) offered to veganize several dishes, but I declined because he meant that he’d leave out the non-vegan element but wasn’t going to replace it with something else, for the same price. Luckily there were so many bonafide vegan dishes that this wasn’t even an issue anyway.
