Convenient but pricey - Edit
I will stop in here for a quick item or for a prepared dessert, but for produce I head to eastern market on the weekends. They’re a bit too pricey for regular groceries

Fav neighborhood market - Edit
Lots of organic, locally sourced options. There is also some vegan to-go food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I have requested certain items and they were happy to add them to their store. Love this place!

Great array of vegan pantry items and produce - Edit
Though a rather small space compared to the big chain supermarkets, this place is packed to the brim with great choices. All the "big brands" in organic and/or vegetarian/vegan food are pretty much here. The only problem is the price. However, for those in the area, it's so convenient with its location.
Read moreI like that there are a lot of produce and vegan ice cream options, as well as vegan non-dairy products (cheese, milk, yogurt) and chocolate. Lots of good teas and cereals, snack chips, fake meat options, frozen prepared foods and personal care/ beauty products to choose from. They also have an in-house kitchen that makes wraps (hummus), sushi (veg choices, yes!) and salads (freshly made), so that's very convenient - these prices are better than eating at one of the local restaurants, so that could be a trade-off. Some of the other YES! markets have freshness that concerns me, but not this one. They have a pretty impressive selection of bulk items for this store, but many options are only "natural," rather than organic.
They have a good gluten-free selection, too. If you need wine, you can get that here, too. A few choices for your companion animals for food. Cleaning products and the like, also a decent selection.
Pros: Fresh, Produce selection, Plenty of vegan grocery items
Cons: Prices, Prices, Prices
