Very bad

I had the worst ramen I’ve ever had. The soup tasted like nothing, the tofu (which cost extra to replace pork) was bad, and the mushrooms tasted almost sour. The vegetables bland.

Good but with room for improvement

🍜 Vegan Miso Ramen
Positive :
- Fresh noodles
- Good & tasty vegetable broth
Negative:
- very small portion
- Tofu (you pay extra) is literally 3 lil pcs silken tofu
- not a lot ramen noodles
- was a bit cold when served

🍛 Vegan Curry
Positive :
- Just like a typical Japanese Curry (Coco Ichibanya)
Overall tasty
Negative:
- Small portion

If you like Shitake you'll do nothing wrong with this dish. Beautifully presented and extremely tasty. 5 stars.

Vegan Japanese Food in Cusco!

Me encantó la comida, fresco y muy saludable! He probado las gyozas veganas y el ramen vegano, muy rico. A mí siguiente visita voy a probar el curry rice y el poke bowl vegano.

Pros: Comida , Atención , Decoración
