3rd Times the Charm - Edit
I've been to this lovely little eatery a few times so far, and the atmosphere is both chill and energetic, while the staff is always friendly and helpful. However, when it comes to the food and drinks, the first two times I'd have to say it was on average at best - my bagel the first time and a wrap the second time - my food being a bit dry (and for the price, this shouldn't be the case). However, the third time around, I got the Peterman wrap and it was wonderful. I assume the quality of the food depends on who's in the back at any given time, so I guess I just got to catch them on a good day. I will keep coming back here for the myriad of vegan options, and the bags of free bagels (of which I go and pass out to homeless and hungry people, alike).

Cons: Quality of food is inconsistent, Not much parking (attached to building), Pricey for small portions

Best bagels in Norfolk! - Edit
They got the goods.
Read moreYou're from the North East and miss a good sesame bagel with the smear? This is your spot.
I'm addicted to their tempeh Bacon Egg and Cheese. Get that on a toasted jalapeño and treat yourself.
It looks like they likely make their seitan for sausage, tempeh for bacon, and tofu for egg in house.
Pros: Best bagels, Great selection, Brunch service
Cons: Can get very busy

Awesome Bagel Sandwiches - Edit
Their vegan BLT and Buffalo Chick’n sandwiches are so good. They have a ton of other vegan options, but I highly recommend those two. Their vegan desserts are also amazing. Love this spot!

Ehhhh - Edit
I got the breakfast bagel with vegan egg, bacon and cheese. The vegan egg was a slab of unseasoned tofu and the bacon was overstrained tempeh. My friend got an everything bagel and said it was so salty, it was tough to eat.
Read moreI also ordered a side of the vegan caramelized onion cream cheese and it was really sweet. I did not like it at all.

A nice treat - Edit
Definitely not a regular spot for me (health, price), but I love coming here so much!!! Service is always quick and great even when there's a line out the door (most weekends). I've tried the vegan burrito and a number of the breakfast and lunch sandwiches and so far I've liked everything! Their lattes are great too

Vegan Menu, vegan cream cheeses, vegan drinks! - Edit
I am very grateful for Yorgo’s vegan menu! I always stop by here when I’m in the area and bring my non-veg friends & family to try something vegan and they’ve all said good things and blown away that what they’re eating is vegan! I really like the vegan buffalo chicken on sun dried tomato wrap and I also like the vegan Philly cheesesteak on sun dried tomato or spinach wrap. I got their blueberry cream cheese to go and took it on a 3.5 road trip. It held up really well and spread really nice on a toasted bagel. I also get the wraps to go to eat hours later after ordering and they also hold up well and taste great even when cold. The to-go bags do get greasy after a while so definitely put them on top of something that you don’t mind getting dirty. The drinks are way less costly compared to Starbucks, just be careful coz they’re served super hot! The second floor is beautifully decorated and there a bar and the sunlight there hits so well in the morning with a nice view of the road below. It gets really busy but that’s a good thing coz they’re just that great! Every time I go, I always hear someone order a vegan option and they’re not even vegan and I think that’s just really awesome. Sometimes they have free bagels for taking, no questions asked. Good job, Yorgo’s! Thank you so much.

Amazing find! - Edit
Was in Norfolk for a show and found this place while looking for good bagels for my mother-in-law. Wow! Can’t wait to introduce my mostly vegan family to this wonderful restaurant. So many vegetarian and vegan options, fresh squeezed juice, lots of tempting goodies, widely varied menu for everyone in the family. I left with two dozen bagels and several of the tubs of cream cheeses available - will definitely be back. Despite being super busy, the staff was amazingly friendly and efficient. We were glad we called ahead with our order!

Was not a pleasant experience - Edit
The noise level inside was so loud that we had to shout out our order to the cashier. When I paid for the meal, I handed cash to the clerk, but then she handed my change to the person I was with instead of to me, which was a bit awkward.
Read moreThe ladies room was dirty and the toilet would not flush.
We initially were going to dine-in upstairs thinking that it might be a bit quieter up there, but it was so loud that we ended up just leaving the place once we got our food and taking it elsewhere to eat. Will not be going back there and cannot recommend it unless you are going solo with ear buds in. :(

I love this place! went for the first time and was really impressed, it's super cute and comfy inside but they also do takeout orders. one of the workers gave my a sample of their vegan cream cheese to see if I wanted to take a tub home (spoiler alert: I did). I also got a sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich, and a vegan iced chai latte !! everything was very tasty

Great vegan options at a local’s breakfast spot - Edit
Great vegan options at this cute, local Norfolk staple. All the bagels are vegan and the vegan versions of the breakfast burrito, sausage/bacon-egg-and-cheese and BLT taste great and are affordably priced. Check out their daily vegan desserts too!

A vegan gold mine - Edit
If you only hit up one restaurant in Norfolk, make it Yorgo's. So many vegan options I never know where to start. A variety of breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches, wraps, salads, soups, vegan cream cheese, pastries, and more. A few of my favorites: jalapeño bagel with vegan herb cream cheese; sourdough bagel with vegan egg, sausage (house made) and cheese; Peterman wrap (vegan sausage, tofu scramble, potatoes, red onion, vegan cheese); vegan BLT with tempeh bacon; roasted red pepper soup; I could go on. Whenever I leave town the first thing I do upon my return is go to Yorgo's. Note that this place is usually packed. It's popular!
