I’ve been many times in this restaurant and always had a great experience. The vegan choice is various and every month they introduce a limited-edition ramen in the menu. Every dish, from the ramen to the noodles without broth, are super flavorful and the staff is the kindest. The noise is very low because of sound-absorbing panels and this keeps a calm atmosphere.

My favourite ramen bar! - Edit
I already knew this chain and I am a big fan of it. Their ramen are simply the best. They have recently opened a bar also in Padua city centre. The location is nice with zen vibes. Staff is super friendly and obviously the food is amazing. I am a big fan of tantan veg with a sesame-miso broth and a bit spice. I've also tried the vegan savory mochi, very tasty. You can read a zen short story while waiting for food and you can write your true wish for your future and hang it on the wall. Highly recommend!
