Fresh handmade tortillas

Vegan burrito with cashew cream and seasonal veg is not to be missed

Pros: Handmade fresh tortilla on the spot , Cashew cream, Seasonal vegetables

small portions, make sure to specify no cheese

They were out of the Champurrado and the vegan cookies when I was there (fairly early, I think they just didn't have them that day at all).

The tostada with jackfruit was pretty good, the empanada with seasonal veggies (yellow squash) was ok. I also had the Horchata which I didn't really like and came with too much ice.
Make sure to specify 'no cheese' when ordering since I said vegan several times thinking that was sufficient, but then when I went back to double-check about the cheese they had not specified that in the order. I had also thought that maybe they would substitute vegan cheese, but it seems that was not available.

All in all, the food was good, but the portion sizes not very large. The tostada and empanada together made a decent meal, but with the Horchata it came to $40 which is quite a lot for a food truck meal.

Champurrado!

They offer Champurado, which is a Mexican chocolate and corn warm drink. Haven’t had it in years! They also can veganize majority of the menu. I had the empanadas with jackfruit, it was pretty good! They set up at various Farmer markets in the South Bay, I was able to visit them at the Sunnyvale market one Saturday.

Pros: Can veganize most of their menu

Cons: Only available at farmers market
