Good but pricey - Edit
Went for lunch and had the LONG BEACH TOFU.
Read moreThey could make it vegan upon request.
So make sure to specify Vegan when ordering!
Even though there is a V symbol on the display, menu, it probably means vegetarian.
Pros: Pretty good
Cons: Expensive , Pretty basic, additional ingredients cost extra

Three vegan burrito options - Edit
They offer three vegan burrito options (black beans, tofu, planted chicken) and some other vegan dishes, which are all clearly labeled. I had the burrito with planted chicken. It comes with guacamole, rice, vegetables, salad and salsa.

Great burritos. We had the planted.chicken and the long beach tofu. Both very tasty and super similar to what you get on California.

Planted.chicken fits very well but not everything is perfect. - Edit
You can customize your burrito to a degree, I can recommend the very nice guacamole they have. And of course planted.chicken which does a good job in this. However the rest of the ingredient didn't impress me too much, especially the water (?) that comes with the vegetables which totally soaked my burrito and made it very messy to eat the bottom part - it leaked a lot. Staff seems competent, though, and you could also get things as a bowl or the vegan salad.
