bad quality

terrible quality, had the matcha, powder wasn't dissolved properly; dodgy declarations

Incomplete declarations but helpful staff. No liquid bubbles

While vegan is prominently mentioned, various bubble teas are not, even when ordered with plant milk (e.g. Taro). Be sure to check with staff, who were very competent when I was there but maybe that's not always the case. The "bubbles" are a tapioka based gummy bear like substance, not the liquid ones I've encountered elswhere - I didn't like them as much and they didn't float well either. So, decent but not great.
