Incomplete Meal - Edit
When my wife and I first arrived, we were greeted by a friendly young man. Our hopes became very high while viewing the various scrumptious options on the menu. My wife ordered the quesadillas and I ordered the “Oxtails with Rice & Peas”. After waiting for roughly 45 minutes for the quesadillas, a young lady brings them out and sets them in front of my wife with no pico degallo and sour cream. After 5 minutes before getting the young lady’s attention to inquire about sauces, the young lady says “They are out of both.” That was the first ding; chef should have informed the server the missing item(s) once they have received the ticket.
Read moreAfter waiting close to an hour, my Oxtails with Rice & Peas was brought to me, however, it was missing a side of plantains. After getting the attention of the server, I inquired about the missing plantains and the server said “Let me go and check on that.” The server returned and said “We are out of the plantains.” I then asked ‘Can you substitute or comp me for it?’ Long story short, they comp me $5 for a $75 bill.
Overall, there was a failure in communication between the chef(s) and the servers. Inventory of food items are crucial in the restaurant business.

Best Vegan Mac In Miami - Edit
The restaurant is located in House Of Mac. My boyfriend and I went for the first time on a Sunday night. Paid parking is on 7th Ave at Converge Miami. When you sit at the table, the QR Menu does not show the whole menu. Your better option is looking on the menu on the website. I got the Vegan Buffalo Chik'n Mac & Cheese and my boyfriend got Vegan Jerk Chik'n Mac & Cheese. Both macs are delicious and very filling. Very Cheesey. Staff is very friendly, and even the chef came out to ask how we are doing. I am definitely going to come back. This might even be our valentines date night place.

Came at 08:15. Took 5 to 10 minutes for a server to get me and my boyfriend to get seated. Had trouble finding a server to seat us. Then we order sliders and the resturant took 25 minutes to arrive at our table. Then we ordered two macs and it took long as well. This restaurant was under staffed, as they only had one server serving the bar and tables.

EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! - Edit
Everything was delicious! I couldn’t find anything wrong. Aisha’s Plant Based is a kitchen out of the World Famous House of Mac. I think it’s owned by Pitbull? We got the Impossible Sliders and the BBQ Chik’n Mac and Cheese. The Vegan Mac is on the House of Mac regular menu under pasta. You scan the QR code when you get there. The food was all fantastic and hit the spot. All of it tastes as good as it looks. The Chik’n was crispy and seasoned well. The breadcrumbs crunchy and the Mac ooey and gooey. It was all so cheesy and good. We spent a day in Miami and decided to go here. It was the right choice.

The best vegan comfort food in Miami - Edit
Aisha’s Plant Based Eatery is located in the heart of Miami inside of World Famous House of Mac. Aisha’s Plant Based menu is 100% vegan (House of Mac menu is not) They have an amazing selection of vegan Mac and cheese as well as sliders, nuggets, chick’n sandwiches, and even vegan oxtail!!! I loved the Thai Chick’n and broccoli and my husband loved the chick’n Philly sandwich. My favorite there is the Aisha Burger😄 Don't forget to try the lemonade!
