Great location, right outside the museum and great service. I only waited about 5 minutes for my food. The mock lobster roll was so satisfying and the outdoor seating makes a great atmosphere. I would give 4.5 stars if I could, it was just a bit pricey.

This food truck is parked to the right side facing the Brooklyn museum. It is associated with a popular brick-and-mortar Caribbean vegan restaurant located about 15 minutes away by car (40 minutes walking).
Read moreAs I understand it, they prepare the food at the restaurant and then drive it to this truck, where they cook your food to order. I think this helps explain why the food here is so much better than typical food-truck food: in other words, what you get here is gourmet-restaurant-food quality served from a truck.
They have a bunch of tables and chairs for you to eat on the plaza in front of the museum, though I took my food home to eat. What I had—a burger and a ginger-sorrel drink—was super-delicious.
