No vegan pastries - Edit

The cafe had oat milk coffee, but that’s like the bare minimum in a place like Oakland. There weren’t any vegan pastries, which is what I was in the mood for.

So yes, you can get coffee here, but I wouldn’t consider it a great place for vegan options.

Cozy cafe w vegan options and friendly staff - Edit

They provide non-dairy options for drinks at no extra charge, as well as vegan donuts from a local vegan shop. The barista was so warm and friendly, helped me feel welcomed. Very spacious w lots of seating and whimsical decorations.

I got the hot chocolate, which I learned is made w housemade chocolate. Barista recommended oat milk. The price seems comparable to other cafes. Dandelion Chocolate is still tastier, but I love that it's creamy, flavorful not too sweet!

Average cafe - $4 for a mouthful of donut though - Edit

I came here to write and get a coffee and a sugar good. It was OK = fairly busy. I was however aghast at the 4 dollar vegan donut that I could have probably consumed in one bite should I have been inclined. Instead I took a day old 50% reduced price one - it was nice and even $2 was a stretch but certainly not worth $4. Man, $4 for a mouthful of donut, what is the world coming to? No wifi. Overall fairly average.
