Incredible cream cheese! - Edit
I had the tofu scallion cream cheese bagel twice with the everything bagel and the garlic one, toasted both times… garlic for the win! The actual ratio of cream cheese is a lot so it is quite intense! Having a vegan cream cheese bagel in New York had always been a dream and definitely achieved here. However the consistency and taste of the cream cheese was incredible and the bagels were so thick and rich. But if you prefer thin bagels maybe not for you! I even took 6 bagels home to the UK and they were still fresh tasting the next day and they froze well 🤗

Lots of vegan options and great, fresh bagels but be prepared to wait a full hour so it’s suggested to order online for pickup so you can do other things while you wait.

Hey just thought it was strange this morning I came here for bagels and the tofu cream cheese they said is vegan but the bagels they said are not… I asked if they have any vegan bagels and they said no…😒??? But still a cute spot and maybe they didn’t understand so hopefully the tofu cream cheese is actually vegan

Wait no okay I went back inside and it turns out there are no eggs or dairy in them! Just your basic flour, water, and yeast. I think they were just confused. Tofu spread is safe too - checked just in case! Sorry about that!

I'm a little creeped out - Edit
The last handful of times I've ordered here I've sworn the tofu cream cheese tasted like dairy. My friend (also vegan) says it's not but the doubt is driving me nuts! That said, it is my go to for bagels. But now I feel like I need to be present when they're making it to ensure they're using the tofu cream cheese.

Difficult Review - Edit
This was a difficult choice for the rating because I actually go here often the bagels are GOOD and they have tofu cream cheese but omg the service is insanely bad. I have never been here and had them make my order right the first time. Like they mess something up every single time … and def don’t come here if you’re in a rush ! Still the best vegan bagel option … for now.

Tasty Bagel and Banana Latte - Edit
Bagel Pub provides a few vegan options with quite the selection of bagels. What I like is they have multiple options for v cream cheese - they all appear to be soy based so take note of that if you can’t do soy. What I really like and keeps me coming back is the banana latte, they have multiple non dairy milks to choose from (I use oat). Your chosen milk is blended with banana and poured over espresso and ice. A really delish treat!

Got the everything with vegan tofu scallion schmear. Insanely good and they piled the schmear on. Coffee is also pretty good and not too pricey
