Their conchas, cinnamon rolls, and coffee cake are to die for! I am always on the look out for their pop-up shops in Westchester County because all of their desserts are delicious. It is clear that they put in a lot of thought and care in their recipes. I 100% recommend them!

Birthday Cake - Edit
I had eaten The Baked Vegan’s Cosmic Brownies and Funfetti Cake when she was at a pop up, this was after hearing about her from a mutual friend. She then made my delicious and beautiful birthday cake. I had the Vanilla Latte Cake. It truly taste like a vanilla soy latte with cinnamon, which is my drink. I steer away from dairy which is why Vegan desserts have become a path I’ve chosen. I don’t taste a difference and my guest were surprised to hear that the cake was vegan. Her prices are very competitive with established bakeries. I also have enjoyed other baked goods when at the Coffee Labs Cafe in Tarrytown, where she sells her muffins and coffee cakes.

Birthday Cake - Edit
I have been meaning to write a review & I finally remembered lol. So I ordered a confetti cake with chocolate frosting & it was DIVINE. I’m a fairly new vegan & what I missed so far is having dairy/sweets etc. This cake tastes just as if I was eating a regular dairy cake! I was very satisfied with my order & costumer service & I will for sure order from her again & try out new desserts!

What can I say about Cathy’s baked vegan goods other then amazing. From her cakes , pies cookie and etc are so good couldn’t put into words how amazingly tasteful they are .. if you haven’t tried it yet , it’s something you definitely have to put on your to do list ! She makes veganism easy

Her variations are incredible, and she has a talented hand because her pastries are AMAZING 😋 I am never disappointed, always leaves me speechless, no matter how many time I eat them!

I found out about Baked Vegan through instagram- best find ever! Went to her stand at the Portchester Farmer's Market this summer and had her cookies and conchas all of which were so amazing (especially with coffee) plus she's so sweet you really can't ask for more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone vegan and non-vegan try all her treats whether it is at Coffee Labs Roasters in Tarrytown or ordering from her!

I’ve had her cinnamon rolls, cookies and special ordered a citrus cake from her. Nothing she makes disappoints! She is always trying new items and various spins on her specialties. The special ordered Citrus Cake though was the star of the party that I brought it to- it had everyone saying “omg I can’t believe this is vegan” totally blowing away all their myths that vegan food is tasteless! I will definitely be frequenting Cathy’s booth at Portchester Farmers Market and be on the look out for where she is selling her baked goods as I know she is working on expanding her wings throughout Westchester county - look out coffee shops, here she comes!

I've had the pleasure to try many of Baked Vegan's desserts. A talented self-taught baker who is passionate about the vegan lifestyle and baking cruelty-free desserts. I was very happy to hear when she announced she was going to sell her baked goods at Port Chester's Farmers Market. There are hardly any vegan options in Port Chester or the surrounding areas, but this was a great step to the community. My favorite dessert will always be her vegan chocolate chip cookies, but I highly suggest to take a look at her fabulous menu, there are plenty of great options to choose from. Baked Vegan is always looking for ways to challenge herself and be creative in the kitchen, and guess what, it's always vegan!

I purchased one of everything from Baked Vegan at the Port Chester Farmers market and was blown away by the amazing taste and texture of all of her baked goods. This is how vegan desserts should taste! If you get a chance to try her cinnamon rolls, do it!
