Dit is een leuk klein bakkerijtje met lekker vers brood (allemaal vegan) en super originele belegde broodjes, waarvan er 4 vegan opties zijn. Mijn broodje was alvast super lekker en ook nog is gezond, ik kijk uit naar de andere drie.

Vanaf buiten gezien lijkt deze bakkerij niet bijzonder, maar vergis je niet: binnen tref je een echt broodwalhalla. Het belegd broodje dat ik er nam, is ongetwijfeld het allerbeste dat ik ooit heb gegeten. Het aanbod is heel bijzonder, de belegde broodjes zijn Aziatisch/Japans geïnspireerd. Alles is vegetarisch en veel is veganistisch.

Het aanbod is bijzonder origineel, gezond en verscheiden! Zo goed als alle broden zijn veganistisch, de bakker zal je met veel plezier wegwijs helpen. De belegde broodjes zijn ook allemaal vegetarisch, waaronder een paar veganistisch. Aanrader!

This bakery has nice owners which are very willing to help out. For all the bread they have an ingredient-list so they can show which bread is vegan.
Read moreTheir tasty sandwiches for take-out are mostly vegetarian but can be veganized. They offer 1 vegan sandwich (soy-nori burger). Plus, every week there is 1 special dish (could be a sandwich or even a stew) which mostly is vegan.
