We arrived on a week’s holiday and found Balance Bowl on our first evening. We were so impressed we reserved a table and ate there for the whole week. My wife is vegan and coeliac and had no problems on any occasion.

There are not many places that are 100% vegan so this was great. They have a good menu, with a lots of options. We ordered a bit too much for 2, but everything was good. The family platter was really great.

Had a late lunch / early dinner here today. I originally planned to just have a smoothie but ended up ordering a wrap with fries as well. The good is so good! I’m only staying in town for 3 days which is a shame as I’d easily visit multiple times over till I’ve tried the entire menu. I might head back for dessert tonight! 🌱☺️

L'unico ristorante totalmente vegano a Malta. C'è una vasta scelta, le insalatone che abbiamo preso erano buonissime, ma davvero abbondanti. Non siamo riusciti a finirle, ma ci hanno dato un contenitore per portare a casa gli avanzi per non sprecare nulla. Staff molto amichevole.

I’m an active traveler and lived in 4 countries for long-time. And one of the countries was Malta and I swear Balance Bowl is the best place to eat. I highly recommend this place. Owners are the nicest people. Food is delicious! Must to visit if you are in Malta.

Food and service was amazing and it’s so nice to go somewhere knowing everything is vegan! Me and my boyfriend came here on a Sunday night and ate so much delicious food!
Read moreWe started with the nachos and they were so delicious I completely forgot to take a picture of them! Then I had a wrap and he had the steak. We also shared the olives and bread. All of the food was delicious and fresh tasting and the portions sizes were great!
Finally we a Sicilian almond dessert which was a perfect end to the meal.
The staff were great and it was nice to find some vegan Maltese wine on offer. Would highly recommend visiting.
I booked ahead on the day by calling (number available on their website) and I’d recommend doing the same as there aren’t that many tables and it seems popular.

We were so happy when we found this fully vegan place for dinner! Really nice Co-founders & staff, food was absolutely delicious, huge serving-sizes and the whole place has a really nice vibe! Me and my friend shared the nachos which were yum, he also had the Turkish teaser and I had the handmade dumplings - really good!

Read moreFirst of all the food is top quality, love and care go into every dish and you won't be disappointed by anything you order from the menu.
Recycled and eco-friendly materials are used for napkins and straws etc so it's a very complete experience.
Staff are super friendly too 😊
I genuinely wish every vegan restaurant were as good as this one!!

We’ve been here 3 times during our stay and every time the food was superb. The first time we managed to find a table, the other two times we took for a take away. If you’d like to have sitting book in advance a table. Portions are BIG. Food delicious. Stuff really nice and helpful.

Staying in Valletta where there are few vegan options I took ferry across harbour to this small little restaurant. Has jazzy atmosphere and few tables and whole menu is plant based. Lots of wraps, salads, nachis, vegan hot dog, good coffees and juices. My Tex Mex Wrap was delicious with crispy tofu pieces and good heat

This summer I visited the country and this place made me happy! I tried 3 of their plates and I loved the Fiery Nachos one! However, I dislike the burger because it was with chips and not with real potatoes!

Great vegan restaurant with a lot of choice (starters, wraps, burgers, salade, deserts) and also great choice of beverage smoothies, juices, hot beverages, beers, ciders, wines (sparkling or not). Really friendly staff and the food is really good! The only thing that pick holes in is that they serves crisps with the Burger and I personally prefer wedges or fries.
