Read moreOn arrive et on doit commander tout en ligne avec une application par QR code, il a aucun contant avec les serveurs. On pourrait penser que du coup le service serait plus rapide, mais pas du tout.
Une fois la commande effectuée, je reçois un email avec le récapitulatif de ma commande et un montant à payer de 31,86€; quand j’ai payé je me suis trouvée avec une addiction de 38,65€ - avec seulement 2,16€ de service charge, donc je déduis que les 4,63€ c’est pour l’utilisation de cette application de commande en ligne (ça ne me dérange pas mais j’étais jamais averti de ce coût).
La nourriture: c’est très basique, ce n’était pas mauvais mais pas fou non plus. Il a jamais de contact avec les serveurs sauf quand ils viennent déposer ce qu’on a commandé à table.
J’ai trouvé que le service de ce restaurant était médiocre

We visited Banana Leaf for dinner as it was just around the corner from our Airbnb and we love Indian food. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience.

But it wasn't to be, so our evening began with lots of swiping & clicking while we listened to a complication of profanity-laden hip hop classics from the 1990s. An odd choice for an Indian restaurant...
Anyway, what about the food? Well, that was disappointing too. I ordered a mysore masala dosa, which was barely warm when it arrived. It was average at best. I missed the coconut chutney that usually accompanies this dish. My wife's uttapam arrived around 10 minutes later. She described it as stodgy. Again, more of a miss than a hit.
So, all in all, quite poor. Definitely one to avoid.
