Excellent vegan nachos - Edit
I love the vegan nachos here. Add the spiced beans. The mushrooms were a nice add on too. I see that they now have vegan chorizo too.

Vegan options / unhelpful menu - Edit
I have mixed feelings about the quality of this place but it's hard to deny that it's a very vegan friendly spot. And I have to acknowledge that even since the last time I went here, they've added more options (a tofu taco). Menu labeling could be a bit more thoughtful (tacos are labeled vegetarian, but you have to figure out which are vegan on your own. Presumably the restaurant believes that labeling individual ingredients as "vegan aioli", for instance, will tip you off, but since I've had plenty of items where substitutes were used in an otherwise nonvegan dish, I still need more information.) It just has a bit of an assembly line vibe...nothing dismal, but nothing delightful either.

I got the all three “vegetarian” tacos that can all be made vegan. The vegan chorizo one was my favorite. The cauliflower was next best, it’s spicier! And last was the beet with pepitas—good, just a little sparse for the vegan version. We got chips and guacamole too. I’d definitely go back—but agree it’s a good place when you are the lone vegan in a group.

Looked and tasted like fast food but at restaurant prices. Couldn't eat most of it as it was so disgusting.

Best vegan Mexican food in Seattle! - Edit
I walk by this place all the time and figured they would not have vegan options, but they actually have a great vegan menu!! Vegan nachos with cashew cheese and chorizo or spiced beans as add ons. Lots of vegan taco options, some you’ll just have to remove the cheese. Vegan options for burritos or burrito bowls, too!
