Plenty of options - Edit
The vegan chicken sandwich was surprisingly tasty and hearty. Portions generous. The vegan potato salad was solid too

Pros: Lots of options in separate menu section, Portion size, Laid back. Easy weekday lunch parking
Cons: Not super cheap, Not health food (haven’t tried vegan salads), Atmosphere could fill with NU students at night

They Forgot About Us - Edit
Walked in because the vegan restaurant Nextdoor, Soli Grill, is closed on Mondays and this place had a Vegan section on their menu with 5 vegan options . They asked us if we wanted to sit Inside or outside and we chose to sit outdoors because it was beautiful out. They never came out with menus. They were not busy inside and after 15 minutes we left for Elephant and Vine, a vegan restaurant down the street.

Glad to have the option - Edit
Picked this place as it had options. The Daisy Cutter on tap was nice. The vegan loaded tots had no flavor. How can it have so much on it and no flavor? Vegan chik’n sandwich was good.

I’m curious, why go to Bat 17 when it is directly next to all-vegan Soli Grill? They literally use the same entrance. Lol.

We were with a group of non-vegan non-adventurous folks. Lol

Ah, yes. The sad reality that most of us vegans face when dining out with friends.
