Perhaps Better at Dinner - Edit
I went for breakfast. Three days, in fact, based on accommodations and business at this hotel. Options were raw fruit and cereal from a box, plus raw oat flakes. There were some nuts too. Soy milk. Considering the size of the pricey buffet, this was a tiny slice, not high-value, and not atypical for a hotel breakfast (often free) anywhere. Service was oppressive; if there is a coffee carafe on my table, let me choose when and how much to dispense. Otherwise, I get cold or tepid coffee.

Addendum: they also had sauteed mushrooms that, unfortunately shared a serving spoon with four containers of meat and some baked beans. There was a nice-looking cous-cous salad with dairy (feta?)

The restaurant is fancy with an open kitchen and cool interior. Service is excellent. The starter and main dish were pretty good, the dessert was a bit boring but all in all it was a nice dinner.

We called in advance to make sure the vegan menu was available. We were assured that it would, in fact, be available on the date of our visit. We also asked for a good table because we wanted to celebrate an important birthday.
Read moreSadly, there was no vegan menu, and not even a single vegan dish. They offered to change a few items on the a la carte menu, which was very uncomfortable, and resulted in boring and overpriced dishes.
In fairness, this experience may have something to do with the pandemic, but the bad organisation can not be explained away
Also vegetarian options were not marked on the a la carte menu
