Vegan Gym - Edit

Need I say any more?

It’s a punk rock gym staffed entirely by vegans serving vegan proteins and bars and the like. The people are super sweet, and the equipment is as well

Great gym - Edit

If you ever want to train while in Berlin (powerlifting, weightlifting, body building or strongman) this is a must go. A raw, but pleasant, gym with very nice owners and at a great location (Urban Spree). Also the locals training here are very nice. We will be back next year.

Vegan strongman made happy - Edit

Visiting from Sweden. They had all the implements a strongman would want except for atlasstones. A very friendly atmosphere and helpful other people there. Kinda crowded but they where more than willing to make space.

Explicitly vegan and antifascist which is a huge plus.

The shakebar where you can make your own vegan proteinshake and the various proteinbars really make it worth a visit.

Great Gym - Edit

Amazing gym if you are into strength training. It's sparse if you want machine weights and cardio equipment but it is quite clearly a strength gym- and excellently equipped for strength training.

You are either into this kind of gym, or you're not. I'm not. It's a power lifting kind of place, very sparse on equipment, very crowded, and very loud heavy metal playing. I did not enjoy my workout, though I did enjoy a yummy vegan shake after, and they provide a huge array of vegan power bars.
