As a vegan in Tokyo eating out always can be demanding and quite time consuming. Having some snacks ready to eat here and there is nice.

The only organic and vegetarian supermarket - Edit
Bio ral in Ueno is the only organic with vegetarian and vegan option in Tokyo . You could find vegan ramen , sweet potatoes to take away , vegetables , a peanut butter machine who gave you fresh peanut butter , many option and fresh fruit and vegetables too . A must need in Tokyo who is a difficult city for vegetarians and vegans as there is meat and fish in everything. Hope it could help you too , go to bio ral
