Burst of flavor and friendly staff - Edit
this was my first experience at the kantin bistro and I appreciated that the menu indicated the vegan options. their hibiscus coconut latte is divine. The sandwich was made with a fresh baguette, pickled onions and lots of flavors I'm not used to, I really liked the composition of the tastes together as well as the freshness. The owner was really open to vegan options, she even said that because so many people ask she will had another option in the menu soon.
